RN (full-time)

Assigned to Special Care Unit, 7p-7a, 3 nites/week & every other weekend to provide quality nursing care using nursing process & patient & family teaching to critical care patients, including ventilator patients. Monitor & interpret telemetry monitors. Float to other units & direct work of LPN, Unit Clerk & C.N.A as needed.

Graduate of accredited/approved program in nursing w/current IL RN license (or temporary work permit). Dependable self-starter w/excellent interpersonal, documentation, modern office & basic computer skills (including database mgt, electronic charting & e-mail) plus CPR, ACLS, Dysrhythmia Reading & CCU class & prefer PALS.
